I am a punter of Hidden hearing. I recently bought a set of over the ear hearing aids, yet I don't feel comfortable with them...

I see on their site, they have new 'in the canal' invisible hearing aids - I would love to try these...

The current ones I have were nearly five grand, and less than a year old...

Can I 'part exchange' my over the ear ones for new ones??

You don't ask, you don't get. Most hearing aids have a lifespan of maybe 4 years, so it's likely they'd be still of some use, but not sure if they'd resell the aids to someone else. They would take the aid out of the mould, and possibly give it to someone else, so in theory, I suppose they could. However, many places won't want the risk of possibly breaking it.

How bad is your hearing at the moment, and do you have over the ear, or in the ear hearing aids? I ask as your hearing has to be fairly good or the "in the canal" aids won't have enough power to help you.
