Hi I have a house that is for sale, with zero interest / laughable offers. It is not my primary residence. Rather than renting it, (don't see myself as a landlady) I am thinking of running an after school service from it for a maximum 3 kids in addition to my own two. The school is just down the road. Will I have issues…

Will I have issues with it being in a residential area, I won't run it as a fulltime crèche. What would I need to look out for?
