    I reckon though that 10 is the optimum number for the Highfield pitches. Anybody else have an opinion?

    I'd say 12 is perfect numbers for it, IMO anyway.

    The pitch is on the smaller side but with 6 its harder to score so it encourages much more passing and give an go's.
    With 5 a side the scores would probably hit the 20's and if one team had a slight advantage with speed then they could be out of sight by H/T.

    Yeah I think 12 is good.

    Lots of good short passing going on which feels great when you pull it off but pi$$ess you righ off when you don't.

    Like jeju said it will boil down to speed and fitness levels if it's 10 unless we can all get to that level .........ahem :o
