are there any decent irish metal bands playing gigs anywhere in the country? me, i like the thrash of late 80's but that's just the age i am.

can anyone recommend a decent irish metal band that would be playing a gig in the coming weeks? preferably not a covers band.

not too worried about where in ireland, travel is no problem. i've been watching the history of metal on sky arts and i realise i miss going to see a decent band.

checked out the site, listened to a few tunes, and i like it. got in contact with them to find out the gig schedule but they're not playing together right now.
