Email regarding WHOIS information

I received an email asking me to review my contact information for my website, stephencward.com. 

The information was my old address so I logged on blacknight.com to correct it. But everywhere it's possible to configure my contact/billing information, it's already corrected to my current address.

So how do I correct my contact information for the website?
