Can someome please recommend a software I can use to create a music video? I have the sounds and want to add video(s) to it to create a finished product. Thanks.

If you want something user friendly and free then windows movie maker is a decent place to start.

If you want something with more advanced tools then you could try lightworks. It is not user friendly though but still free.
