Data Requirement for just internet radio

    I am looking into mobile phone packages at the moment. I would be a light enogh phone user. But I don’t know what data requirement I need. I don’t download stuff. I am not a great fan of social media. My main use would be listening to internment radio for 1 or 2 hours per day. Is internet radio heavy on data?

    At 128kbps, its ~55MB per hour. Add a bit more for overhead so say 60MB.

    For two hours a day thats 120MB/day or 2.4GB per month(assuming 5 days a week for 4wks).

    You could listen at higher or lower quality, increasing or decreasing the data used.

    Try three for unlimited data.

    Do you have wifi? because if you can use that, you don't need so much data...
