Heya im just finished a degree in ucd in Food Science, just wondering if anyone has ever done a FS masters in ucc?? Whats it like, hours, laboratory etc....

Hi All
I'm looking for some help with making a frosting/icing using oil like Palm/Linseed oil and with the correct use of emulsifiers etc. I have all the ingredients but unsure of how to blend them. I would appreciate any help you can give, thanks a million:):)

Hi, do you have any knowledge on frosting or icing and how its blended using oil instead of butter etc?
