A very simple question about the labour court

    Hi all,

Having gone through 3 years of study, I am now writing my very last essay for my degree. I have never once had to cite a decision of the labour court. I've looked and looked, googled and searched... nothing.
I've even gone through some high court and supreme court decisions appealed from the labour court... all that is mentioned is a decision number.

Does anyone know how to cite a labour court decision?

    Thanks very much.

Isn't it exactly the same as any other report?

    National Gallery of Ireland (respondent/appellant) v John Cleary (complainant/respondent) (Labour Court) [2013] 24 E.L.R. 1

If unreported presumably the same as any other unreported judgement?

I don't think so, equality tribunal cases aren't cited the traditional way either. I think I've got it anyway so it's cool. Thanks though!

Do you mean unreported judgements? The ELR (Employment Law Reports) also has equity tribunal decisions reported and I'm going off the citation on Westlaw. Grand if you've found it anyways. Best of luck.
