Hey,

I've been trying to setup an old Thomson router (TWG870 F/W: 1.50) I had from a previous UPC account with my current one, internet is fine however the phone number from the former UPC account is still attached.

I've tried resetting the router, however the old number is still present does anyone know how to get the correct phone number assigned?

Looks like the old phone settings are still there. Ring UPC and they should be able to sort you out.
