Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just opened claim, now how to register with fas?

    Hi all,

    I went in to my local office last week to start a claim for job seekers allowance. The girl told me I had to register with fas but she said I could do it online?

    I can't find this anywhere on their website, does anyone know anything about registering with fas?

    Hi, it used to be very easy but they've changed their website recently with the whole 'intreo' thing.

    If you go to jobseeker.fas.ie, on the top right hand side is a link for 'signing up'. I presume this is registering with fas, but I could be wrong...

    You do not have to register with fas.... once your jobseekers is in payment for 3 months you are automatically registered with fas.
