Bad quality audio - Eircom 1901 sales.

    I was making some enquiries about e-fibre earlier on today and I would just wanted to let you know that the quality of the audio on the lines on whatever system's connecting to your sales team is absolutely abysmal. 

    At times, I could hardly make out what the person was saying. 

    I spoke to several agents and the quality was awful to all of them. 

    It's not a problem with my phone line as it sounds perfectly clear when I'm speaking to anyone else.

    Perhaps you might get someone to look into it as it gives a very poor impression of eircom and it must be very frustrating for your call centre staff too if they're struggling to hear callers / callers are struggling to hear them.
