first time poster long time lurker.... just wondering if anyone's bought a house through their councils incremental purchase scheme, myself and the partner are in the process of applying and are finding it hard to find info about it. just things like how long it took from being approved to getting into the house, loans…

just wondering if anyone's bought a house through their councils incremental purchase scheme, myself and the partner are in the process of applying and are finding it hard to find info about it. just things like how long it took from being approved to getting into the house, loans from the council, they did feel it was a good buy/choice?
