Hey, I want to rent a house/ appartment in the town near where I live (Killarney if you happen to know anywhere) for the Summer but from looking online there seems to be only 1 place within my budget due to it being short term. What I was wondering was firstly can I look at the long term places and break the lease 6 weeks…

Also would ye advise renting short term anyway (as presumably it includes electricity and stuff due to it being used for tourists)?
