Will my current phone line situation effect my eFibre equally as much?

    We currently have a 12Meg DSL package from eircom and it can only run at 2-6MB due to the serve lack of quality of the line (was adjusted recently). Anything higher creates constant to severe packet loss and dropped TCP sessions. The line was originally rated at 24Meg a year ago.

    We are curious as to how the severely bad quality of the line (eircom's fault as its from the socket to the pole, outside, that has issue) will effect the new system and what eircom will do for us about their line being the cause of the problem; for the order.
