How;s it going.
Landlord is being a dick.

One lad moved out throughout the year for a job and he kept his deposit (fair enough)

Another moved out and gave 2 or 3 weeks notice and didn't get back his deposit

Another 3 lads stayed the whole college year and he came back saying the place was a kip, when the house is cleaner than when we got it. There was food in the cupboards etc and he said he had cleaners in.

He also told us bins were included but then proceded to charge us for them too.
The bins didn't go half the year either which meant rubbish built up and he removed it, 50 euro for a guy to remove it and another 50 to dispose of it.

He then said it would cost 150 for the walls to be painted, the walls are dirty enough alright.

Also tried to get 100 for cleaners from us but we got him to drop it as the stuff he mentioned to be cleaned was spotless!

He also arrived 2 hours earlier before discussing this and took the weeks rent. (I presume so we couldn't keep it)

We never signed a lease and everything is in his name and his post gets delivered here which leads me to believe that he is avoiding tax or something.

All in all he has over 1000 in deposits throughout the year.
