Router Upgrade?

    Hi,

    I have the old Zyxel router (Non Gigabit, with one antenna) would it be possible to get an upgrade to the new router that you are sending to people (the one with two antennas)?

    I recently start trying to watch media around my house and I find the old router is much too slow. I also have issues copying files.

    Yes you can contact our broadband technical support team and they will issue you a replacement modem. To contact them dial 1890 260 260 (telephone number and option 0) 8am-10pm 7 days.
