Nice places to live in or avoid in Newry

Hi, The family and I are moving to Newry in the Winter and was wondering could anyone recommend a nice area for us to look a place to rent? We've 2 kids and I'll need to be near the train station for commuting to Belfast for work. Thanks Giga
