MerCruiser 3.0 litre engine oil

    Hi Lads,

    Just servicing the boat before the weekend (going to be a scorcher) and I'm wandering what engine oil I should use.

    Google tells me a couple of thing but looks like 20w40 is the most frequently used oil among 3.0 litre MerCruiser owners..?

    Any info would be much appreciated :)

    Yep 20W-40 full-synthetic will do the job.
