How do I go about getting a lost dog notice removed from the web site..
Dog is back at home, Thankfully, but I keep getting contacted about other found Dogs.

    Thanks

Have you tried contacting the organisation?

I think, to be honest, that this is something that just can't be sorted out by anyone other than the organisation who run the website. I'd suggest getting on their case a bit, perhaps give them a call as emails can easily slip through the net.
Glad to hear your dog is home safe and sound!
