Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

McShane & Keogh need to up their games.

They don't have a higher level.

    GOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLLLLLL!!

    AND THE CROWD GOES . . . . . . mild

Nice to see Keogh score all the same.

Well we scored so that's something anyway.

On the downside Ray Houghton is making a strong case to be considered among the worst English speaking commentators on the planet.

Amazing to think that McShane was taken to Poland ahead of Coleman.

Didn't realise this is who the Georgia manager is.

    He's consistent, if nothing else.

Just to clarify to anybody not actually watching the match, that was Ritchie Keogh not the awful Andy.

That little passage before half time illustrates the positives of having Hoolahan in the side. Keeps the ball, keeps it ticking, looks forward, teammates trust his ability on the ball, had a chance twice to just play a big diagonal but instead they work it across the our h and isolate the wingback 1 vs 1 with McShane who promptly fouls the opponent. But that is how the team should be playing against 10 men.

Houlahan has been a bit meh, I guess it's the formation, but he hasn't exactly made a great case to start on Friday. Considering Georgia played most of that half with 10 men, I though he would've had a bigger influence. I would like him to be played in the whole in the 2nd, bring off Cox and Hendrick on.

He's made a great case. Quick with the ball, hasn't lost it once, gives the right pass and doesn't hang about. He's been our best player.

What do we have to gain from Robbie Keane coming on?

    What does this tell us?

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,868 ✭✭✭Andersonisgod

Why the hell is Keane on?

Because we obviously haven't had the chance to see what he can add to the Irish team.
