Efibre address check - one house shows up for estate only?

    Tried checking my address on the eircom website to check if I can get firbe yet and one house number only shows from my estate and each one near us. Does this mean I can get it or not I wonder?
    When I put in my phone number is says "
    "Sorry, we are unable to
    determine if your home is fibre-enabled"

    So not sure what all this means.
    If I ring up will they be able to tell me more?
