Looks like a warm dry week ahead from Monday onwards....hopefully!

Met eireann were extremely optimistic last night about temperatures for next week getting into the mid 20s :-D

Its just a bit meh here right now. Overcast and breezy. Better than rain though so I'll not complain too loudly.

Miserable and wet here in dreary donegal. It's something similar to a miserable tuesday in December except possibly a degree or two warmer (at most)

Very cloudy in Castlebar today, low cloud drizzle, that type of thing. Fairly mild in a light to moderate Westerly wind.

Forecast getting worse and worse. Sat was cool and cloudy, so is Sunday. Now Monday is forecast to be cool and cloudy also. Some rain showers and cold sea breezes forecast for the rest of the week too.

All I see on the forecast is cloud and temps of 16 - 18 degrees which is only average for the time of year. Some so called start to summer.

More likely to rain in the north east than the sun to shine. I give up on weather forecasts, they raise your hopes only to dash them just as quickly.

Not yet, yesterday still a shade below normal - so average temp now running about three degrees below.

Hit 16.8 max here yesterday and there was a chilly breeze till some sunny spells developed in the afternoon.

Over 15 now at 9am but it's clouded over again :(

Some real vicious clouds building here now in mayo. Some very deep and dark.

Cloudless, sunny but a chilly fresh breeze off the sea keeping it cool in the shade; 18C.

(Went down to six last night so we could have a cloudless sunny 5th of June - but with a daily temp. two degrees below the average for June)

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,398 ✭✭✭dfbemt

Just a glorious day here in Nth County Dublin. Not a cloud to be seen in the sky.

Have just watered all the hanging baskets, flower pots, etc and had to come in to cool down.

Currently 19° with a slight gentle breeze. Ireland is such a lovely place when the sun is shining

Yes, I wouldn't be surprised if Dublin Airport recorded below average temps for the entire month of June (though that station has been going through a mini ice age the past few years).
