    Hey folks,

    Just looking for a very rough figure in terms of putting a stairs in up to our attic.

    There is only a fold down stairs type thing now.

    The attic is floored, insulated etc. etc.

    Just missing the stairs.

    Also, what are the stairs regulations for houses?
