Level 7 diploma / ordinary degree still considered a degree in Australia

    I was told by a well respected and registered migration agent that my level 7 diploma is classed as a degree in Australia , is this true?

    Check with the assessing authority for the industry your qualification is in.

    Yes it is some ambiguity but broadly looking at the NFQ and the Aussie equivalent they are much the same. I just applied to UWA in Perth i have a higher cert in civil engineering they told be that my cert was the equivalent of an associates degree so year you have a degree all around the world. Do you mind me asking what field your degree is in ?
