Had broken nose reset and it looks no better now

I was headbutted in a nightclub last February and it resulted in a broken nose. There was no blood or bruising as such (strange I know) but I went to have it looked at and the doctors determined it was broken. I went in for surgery in the Sports Injury Clinic and after that spent 2 weeks with a splint on my nose taking pain killers. When the splint came off i wasn't sure if it looked any different but I - stupidly - didn't say anything to the doctor about it at the time. Anyway, it's a year later and it's still ridiculously crooked and it really pisses me off that I went in for surgery, paid for it and saw no benefit. I feel like the doctor scammed me out of my money because he completely failed the operation. There was no obstruction of breathing before or after. Do I have a case for malpractice here?

    Cliffs:
    -broke nose
    -no obstruction to breathing
    -went private
    -had surgery
    -surgeon failed to reset nose
    -nose still crooked

    A case for malpractice?
