Work gets in the way of gym & creatine

    Hi all,

    I am going really well in the Gym lately but have recently been told by my boss I will be working abroad on and off for a month. I cannot go gym over there as it will be constant travel.

    Will I be ok going from my 5 day a week workout to a 3 day a week one.?

    I am also wanting to go onto Creatine would I be better off leaving the creatine alone until I am back to working normal?

    Yes i would hold off on the Creatine till you get back home,

    Yes 3 days is normal giving your body more time to recovery leads to bigger growth

    Monday Chest & Triceps

    Wednesday Back & Biceps

    Friday Legs & Shoulders. Inc your Ab workouts at the end of each Training Day..
