    Hi,

    Have done a few times

    Swim
almost like a lake swim as you are in the non tidal area of the marina. Be careful approaching the first bouy as you turn 90deg. If you get close to the bouy it can be 'bumpy'
Transition area is adjecent to to the swim exit and it is a grass area.
    Bike
Slightly different route this year, head up through the town and out on the Kilimer road, first hill about 3-4k in. You see it early enough as it is at the end of a long straight road, descend as the road travels around the esturary edge, once you pass the entrance to the power station, it is all up hill for about 2-3k . Mixed gradients. Once you pass the church its over. Down hill all the way to the turnabout at the car ferry entrance
Back in the same way except after the descent on the first hill out of town, you take a left and head in by Cappa. It will be a lovely route if the weather holds.
    Run
Slightly longer than 5km. Simple loop, out past the graveyard, all up hill (draggy) for the first 2km. Turn right, short leg, turn right. all downhill back into town. Leave some gas for the last stretch as it is slightly uphill along the main street.
Overall a good race with a bit of everything.

    Regs
