I’d like to know what the boundaries were of Prospect (now Glasnevin) Cemetery in 1904. Any suggestions?

    Cheers.

Ask in the Dublin City Archives - upstairs in Pearse Street library.

Thanks for the suggestion, which is a good one. Problem is, I'm not in Dublin. Sorry, I should have mentioned that. So I guess I'm looking for a published source of information, or something on the net.

    Cheers.

Try the free viewer on the OSI site. They allow you to see historic maps of an area selected. I think there are 3 historic maps from approx 1860 to 1910 or thereabouts.

Don't let that put you off. The staff there are very helpful. Drop them an e-mail at cityarchives@dublincity.ie

I get the impression it hasn't changed all that much in area since them, but was originally quite small (see wiki), it has just gradually been filled in.

http://www.glasnevintrust.ie/ mentions that there is a museum.
