    Max strict chins - 15 (same as last month, I must have been 0.1mm from 16)

    Sit ups in 60 secs - 67 (up from 64)

    100 rep challenge 1.33 (down from 1.39, very happy)

    row-pee - 320m/12burpees (delighted to get the 12th burpee in)
