Our teacher gets us to put at least once in every single sentence. I end up running out of them or having to repeat them at the end.

Really? I would avoid that if you have to end up repeating them, then the examiner will know you've run out of things to say(just my opinion)

    1-6 = séimhiu
    7-10 and multiples of 10 = urú

Any tips for the Cluastuiscint? I am bricking it for that section alone.

Read the question and check exactly what it's asking for.
If the question is 'cá bhfuil' you'll know to listen for a place name
If the question is 'cé mhéad' listen for numbers

I know that's ****e advice, no one likes the listening.

The Ríomhphoist for OL is the stupidest thing ever. You spend all your time in school and barely ever touch the future tense, and it wants you to use loads of it. So stupid.

Do you have to use full sentences for ordinary level Irish? I'm looking on examinations.ie and there are no full sentences for any question.

I believe you can use chuirfeadh on any of them as long as you use the ending properly
    Chuirfeadh me, se, si, muid.
    d’ólfadh me, se, si etc
