    No where. Keep your eye out at any large markets/festivals for both BBQ Blasta and BBQ Joes--- they do really good BBQ.

    There is no such thing; the biggest and most hyped thing in the world are BBQs.

    It is an excuse for burning a burger and giving you it in a soggy bun with cheap sauce, onions and nothing else.

    Yet all the Irish dream of them being so brilliant. Wow, amazing, eh?:-

    1. Half-cook food
    2. Throw on BBQ
    3. Burn
    4. Give to patron for 25% premium
    5. Provide soggy bun & no salad

    => we all win!

    It's not a hype-- the problem in the Irish have no idea how to BBQ properly. BBQ done right is second to little else.

    Well ****e food is ****e food no matter what it is.
    Cooking Bbq food for the masses is difficult and will result in crap being handed out.
    A good home bbq on a fine day, cooked slowly and with care can't be beaten.
