Can anyone please give me a more accurate timeframe for eFibre go-live in Midleton, Co Cork?  The cabinets have been installed for weeks now.  The eFibre website says July-December 2013.  Surely it will be sooner rather than later no?

I second this question. The cab in Ballinacurra, near me, has been there for ages.

    Hi Reps,

I would appreciate if you could look into this query.

    Thanks.

    Hi Tonio

I am afraid there is not a more definitive time-frame we can give at this time. Once the network / cabinet work is completed the systems needs to be updated before the order can be placed.

If you would like to PM your tel no: I can check the address.

OK thanks anyway for the reply.  I do not have a land line - I would be interested in the broadband only option.

    Hi Tonio

If you PM me the full address and I can not look into the options available.

    Thanks, Mark

    Hi Tonio

I checked your address thanks, The estate & cabinet has not been updated as connected to efibre as far as our systems show. So I am unable to give anything more definitive than what's on the efibre map.

Sorry it was not better news.

Is there any update on Midleton?  I believe the ready for order date was supposed to have been July 24th.  All cabinets are powered and commissioned for a few weeks now.  Do you know when you can accept orders?

Also, do you have a link where I can order a broadband only option online?  I can only seem to find links for packages including phone line rental and calls - I am only interested in the eFibre broadband only option.

    Thanks,
