Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problems with Apple User ID password reset

    Can someone please help with this. I’ve an iPhone since Dec 2011. I set up the user name (my email) and password at the time. I wouldn’t be regularly downloading/updating apps etc, and with having several passwords for work (that also have to be changed regularly), I lost track of my password for my apple userID. Now, I’ve reset it a few times since being set up with no problems, but this week when I requested it (to be sent to my email, it hasn’t changed, same as what I registered with) to be reset, it says it has sent the link to my email, but I’m not receiving the mail. I’ve also checked my junk and trash folders in case it went there. I’ve tried it several times over the course of a few weeks with the same result.

    I’m not sure what I can do next? And has there been some mix-up/change with my email and now someone else has use of my Apple User ID email (it’s just a Hotmail address). Should I go into the phone provider (Three) that I got the contract with? Bought it through Carphone Warehouse.
