    Looks like only the first link has a bar, if you can call it that, it states its 1kg so is hollow and would easily bend once you progress and start buying more weights.

    The benches are all flimsy looking in general, and the weights are vinyl filled with sand/concrete. I would not bother getting any of them TBH. I have a similar flimsy bench at home and never use it, a bench is not essential.

    Vinyl weights degrade over time, you can fit feck all weight on dumbbells as they are so bulky they just do not physically fit on.

    I would be looking to get a better one second hand for the same money. I would get cast iron plates too.

    If I was taking it up seriously I would think about olympic sets.
