Managed to get a quick play in. Their is a mandatory training session that takes 10/15 mins at the start which for some reason ran terribly for me and had me fearing the worst. Fortunately the game itself runs super smooth on my system, looks great and is a hell of a lot of fun. Can't wait to get back home tonight.

The download speed on Origin is to be take with a pinch of salt; getting 6MB/sec myself on a 14Mb line.

"Not bad" suggests the hype train may be slowing somewhat? I am downloading as we speak, although I have been informed that playing games all evening is not romantic so I guess it will be tomorrow before I get to play it.

Right ive played 7 or 8 rounds all i can say is bots bots bots, retarded idea, massively overhyped game,definitely wont be buying.
I wonder how long those enjoying it now will enjoy fragging bots for.

Playing now on PC. I was skeptical but its a actually a lot of fun! It looks nice and runs pretty smooth. The bots are a bit stupid though and take away from the gameplay a bit IMO. The titans are good but they aren't as unstoppable as I thought they would be. If you're in a titan and there are 2 or 3 pilots shooting you it can be quite frustrating as they are hard to hit with their free running abilities and ducking in and out of buildings. Also in a 2 v 1 titan fight, if you're the 1 you're gonna lose every time as far as I can see.

Its good but tbh I won't be buying it on release.

If you got a code for the beta but for the wrong platform, follow this article.

They will give you access to the beta withing 2 hours or so. I did it earlier and now I have access to the PC beta.
