Buying a property in villamartin

    Hi
    My parents are looking at buying a property in Villamartin. They have a budget of up to €40000 and are looking for something with a pool and in a nice friendly area. Some of the properties my father has show me look a bit... Off putting... But I know that's just poor photos and it is hard to tell from a pic.

    Basically where are the nice areas and would he get much bang for his buck out there.

    Hopefully a 2 bed as I would be heading over there with the kids and wife in toe when I could.
