She told me to ring back closer to the date I'm going away as they can only put that note on for a month?! I am going away for 11 weeks, what exactly do I do in week 5? Seems bizarre given I can tell them the exact dates I'm away and where I'll be and the fact they advertise on their website to travel with your cards.

Has anybody else had this problem? Because I'm travelling to 5 different countries, I was depending on using the ATMs instead of carrying wads of cash on me for the whole trip.
