I think hoolahan is the exact sort of player keane needs to be at his best. Keane was always more quick of mind than quick of feet, so with hoolahans vision both players can prosper. I hope old foldy arms agrees with me

Keane has done pretty well against Germany, Italy, Spain and France over the years. Didn't realise they were poor sides. If they were, it's a pity the other players who played couldn't find it so easy to score against them.

He did very well when he was a lot younger.. He's not half the player he was a few years ago.

Hoolahan has looked good and hasn't been scared to put a few decent tackles in. The team needs to funnel more balls through him though. If they do we will get a few more goals.

I wouldn't read too much into that German result. They tend to become complacent after early gains.

Always with the unexpected results in Irelands group.
