Equity release:This enquiry is about equity release on our property. Value about 250,000, outstanding mortgage 42,000. I'm retiring in August, OH unemployed. Mortgage payments 750 E. a month, obviously need to reduce this. Any advice on eq. release/refinancing appreciated.
