Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I know it is a big no-no to use products with SPF for flash photography. But what are your staples (foundation, powder, primer, etc) when you know photos would be taken? Thanks!

I use smash box primer, and estee lauder double wear foundation, with a little mac translucent powder over it, or a little rimmel matt transluscent powder

    fab!

Same as my normal make-up, I don't adjust it for photographs. Revlon PhotoReady foundation, translucent powder, bronzer, and blush.

I wear my normal foundation, either bobbi brown or mac studio sculpt. I then just contour using either mac bronzing powder or mac mineralize (med/dark), dust with mac transulcent powder and its good to go. Doesn't look white in photos either.

Thanks everyone for your recommendations!! ;)

I ended up using Bourjois Healthy Mix. I was between this and Make-Up Forever HD. But Bourjois seems to blend way better and was virtually invisible on my skin. And it photographed fantastic. So, I recommend Healthy Mix to everyone for flash photography. Oh, and my setting powder was Suqqu and it didn't cause any problems either.

    Other products used:
Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge in Pale Pink as blush
    NYX Taupe for contouring
MAC Soft & Gentle for highlighting

    They all photographed very well.

The reason I posted this question in the first place was YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat. It was my fav foundation. I still love it so much. I used it with photography before with no problems but it flashed back horribly this one time, thanks its SPF content. So, beware!

Double Wear makes me look like a ghost with a chalky face in flash photos.
Make up Forever HD is great.

Nars sheer glow is great for when being photographed also!

The HD foundation is the best for if you're being photographed...the Kardashians wear it. It's available in MakeUpForever. They'll apply it for you with powder and concealer ;-)
