    Sets objectives.. they can measure performance against set targets. It attracts investors if a business has a good business plan :P

    court of last resort, functions: Registers collective agreements between employers-employees, hears appeals against recommendations made by commission, intepret codes of practice, investigate stuff

    What are trading blocs and give an example.

    Trading bloc is a group of countries, who agree to buy and sell freely with one another without barriers to trade. Eg. EU, NAFTA

    A question on the data protection will defintley come up I urge you all to learn it learn everything about data commission learn it, LEARN data protection act 1988 and come back to me Tommorow about how happy you are you got that question, o and it will be in the 1st long question

    Close but that's marketing. Concept is focusing on satisfying consumer needs and being customer focused rather than product focused.
