Best 99 in Dublin City

As above - can anyone suggest where to get the best 99 ice cream in or around the city centre? Preferably one that also does the syrup - they're just not the same without all that red goo on them! I'm not heading all the way out to Dun Laoghaire for a Teddy's :p
