Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

just wondering if i will be able to claim for my 9 year old son who moved in a while back
it looks like it's going to be permanent arrangement

i'll prob have to if i'm eligible as i can't afford shopping after bills

the rules seem to suggest not?

You need to apply for Child Benefit within 12 months of:

The birth of your baby or
The month the child became a member of your family or
The month the family came to live in Ireland.

    thanks

If you have full time care of the child you should be entitled to the child benefit. You will need to write to the CB section and inform them of the change of circumstances. You will need to get something from the mother to confirm this otherwise she will continue to receive it.
