good quality topsoil needed, co cork

    looking for about 1 (or 2) tonnes of good quality topsoil. need it for raised beds. checked with suppliers, all charging about 80 euro per tonne. anybody know any cheaper suppliers. need good quality though :-) am in north west county cork.

    That price sounds just about right. Not as easy to get topsoil was it was during the building boom.

    i could but not before weekend next, got an ifour williams twinaxle and van and few spare cube meter bags but its in use till next week thursday

    I could at a push, if you were close enough, i could do about 3 trips, have a small trailer, but 'tis the weight on the car would catch me !

    There is a guy in East Kerry - 5 mins from Ballydesmond - who sells screened topsoil for E50/t. He can deliver too but that may cost a few bucks extra if he has to travel far.. Send me a p.m. if you want extra details but I can't guarantee I'll reply this evening...
