When will eFibre be available in Frankfield area of the Douglas exchange ?. I think the closest cabinet to by location is the cabinet located in the woodlands estate.

    On the online checker http://www.eircom.ie/efibre,
    • when I enter my phone number I am told a more detailed check is required.
    • when I enter my exact address it get congratulation's you can get efibre
    • when I ring the sales number I am told it is not available.
Can someone from Eircom give me a realistic date as to when this cabinet actually be enabled.

    Hi gordonnet

I got your PM, our systems show that the your address / cabinet should be connected (option) to edibre.  However I have been advised it would be best to call efibre sales on 1800 503 303 to check in detail for you.

    Thanks, Mark
