Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Financial statement form for court hearing

I am in court at the beginning of July for a debt case with a bank. I received a financial statement form to fill out, but before sending it back I was informed that the case had been adjourned from its original date in late April. So I held onto the completed form.
A couple of weeks ago, while clearing out some old junk and papers, I must have thrown out the statement and original court summons. So I need a new financial statement form to complete which must be returned to the court a week before the hearing. Is there a designated form used by the courts, and if so, how would I go about getting one?

    Thank you

    Sarah.
