Fitting Autodiller to Phonewatch system

Just bought GJD Auto Dialler. Have access codes for Ge Concord. I have conncted 9v back up battery , 12v supply, and phone line but need help making connections to concord system. I have attached photo of wiring as it was installed by Phone watch. Any help much appreciated.
