[JSA] Means test for repeat claim?

I was getting JSA before for casual work (up to a year ago), for which I was means tested. I signed off because I went back to education but now I'm finished that course. I've applied for jobs but am not even getting an interview. I want to sign on and am wondering if I'll be means tested again, or if the old one will do?

If there are no changes in circumstances the means test from last year should stand.
