Hi,

Today my girlfriend noticed here 3 monthly bill was €75 instead of the normal €40 for her iphone 5 classix flex plan.

Upon inspection we noticed that according to the itemised bill she has called voicemail several times every day for the last month.

She is adamant that she has only called voicemail 3 or 4 times since she got the phone 3 months ago. Her phone has auto screen lock set to 1 minute and she carries it in her handbag.

Before we call 3, has anyone else had this problem? Or can it actually be pocket dialling from her bag? The call times vary from 4seconds to 2 minutes.

the bill entries were for voicemails left, not called. miscalculated usage, bill was 100% correct.
